If you’ve ever been to Vail, you’ve heard of Pazzos. This iconic pizza joint is at the top of our list due to the delicious food, friendly wait staff, and stellar location. Located at Solaris Plaza in the heart of Vail, Pazzo’s offers fresh italian food that won’t break your bank. Our favorite menu items include, cheese garlic bread, Azteca pizza, and an eggplant parm that won’t disappoint!
Located steps from Vail’s famous ‘covered bridge’, The George is a pub that you can’t pass up. Their happy hour is one of the best in town and goes from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM everyday. There’s no better spot to catch a buzz than drinking at the George. With an atmosphere to compliment, this bar will give you the night out that you deserve! Did we mention that they also have good food?!
La Cantina
If you love authentic mexican food, this is the place for you. Conveniently located on the second floor of Vail’s transportation center, refuel after a long day of skiing or boarding. La Cantina provides best in class value for the town of Vail. Some of our favorite menu items include mahi mahi tacos, cheese enchiladas, and the green chili smothered burrito. This is truly a local spot that is worth seeking out.
El Segundo is the most upscale option on this list, but worth every last bite. They specialize in tacos and tequila, with over 100 varieties available! They are centrally located on Bridge Street with a balcony overlooking the famous Gore Creek. The atmosphere and location does not get much better!
We would be amiss to leave out this true Vail ikon 😉
The Red Lion is the classic local spot to grab some food and watch the game after a long ski day. With a wide selection of beer on draft, screens covering the walls, and live music on the weekends, The Red Lion is an entertaining spot for any meal. With large dishes to share like nachos, you can feed the whole gang!
